I've played Mass Effect for over 40 hours and I just found out that some assignments you need to discover yourself. I thought the game will present them as you progress through the story. Got to the last mission and I had no assignments left undone, so I was not sure I'm going to get some of the Ally achievements for finishing most missions with a specific squad member. So I decided to explore some of the planets that I thought I've not explored yet and bingo! found bunch of assignments in Nepmos.

How on earth did you get the 'Nobody Left Behind' Achievement? I've played through ME2 three times now and still bloody lose either Jack's or Miranda's loyalty.
LOL I used this guide from Farslain in GFF:
1) Upgrade your ship with Hull, Shields & Thanix Cannon. Things like med bay and extra fuel won't help here.
2) Do the loyalty missions for all of your crew, make sure you go and activate Legion to get his before entering the Omega 4 relay.
3) Squad selection. This is who I used for each role.
Enter the Tubes, 1st specialist: Legion.
1st Squad Leader: Garrus.
2nd Squad Leader: Garrus.
Shield, 2nd specialist: Samara.
Escort the crew back: Grunt
The I used Mordin and Samara in my squad, Samara to Warp any barriers and Mordin to Incinerate armor.
This will make the final mission very straightforward and guarantee you get this illusive achievement.
